🖌 Graphic Collections (Made to Order)
All items in our graphic collections are made just for you! Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and delivery. Each piece is designed with love and intention, so we appreciate your patience while we create something special.

👗 Boutique Collections
Items from our boutique collections ship out fast—typically within 1–2 business days.

📦 Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details. Please note that some items in a single order may ship separately, depending on their collection or availability. Shipping costs will be clearly broken down at checkout.

🛑 Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, Bright Eye Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

📬 Returns & Shipping Costs
If you need to return an item, shipping costs will not be refunded. However, we will cover the cost of return shipping—as long as your return has been approved by us prior to sending anything back.
